A unique experience
Open cockpit flying is unlike being on a commercial aeroplane. The wind, the smells, the sheer exhilaration – all make this a unique experience whether you're a seasoned flyer or just fancy having a go.

The Tiger Moth was adapted for military flight training by making the rear cockpit larger so it was easier for the instructor to bale out if the student pilot made a serious error! We promise we won't bale on you and that you'll come away wanting to do it again. And again. And again.
Conveniently located airfield
We are based at Sherburn-in-Elmet just outside Leeds and within easy access of the A1 and M1. Why not make a day of it by exploring some of the many attractions that West Yorkshire has to offer?
